RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
The purchase price will be refunded to you provided the product is
received back to us within 21 days of the original shipment date. Also, product
must be in the original condition- unused and in manufacturer’s
original packaging-. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Please
allow up to 30 days for your refund to show on your credit card. When
a product is received AFTER the 21 days noted above a restocking fee of
20% will be applied and the remainder can be used as store credit. Shipments
returned to us due to incorrect address or undeliverable will be subject
to the 20% restocking fee and if reshipped will incur additional shipping
charges. Shipping charges to return products are the responsibility
of the customer unless the product return is due to our mistake. If
a product is returned at any time without the original packaging or has
been used, no credit or refund will be issued. Sale and special
order items are non-returnable.
